Self loathing among surroundings and a marriage were both detrimental towards my physical and mental health. I was numb and over it. Hated every part of myself and what I was turning into.

After divorce and writing "I'm Glad I Left & I'm Glad We Met" there were periods of exploration upon writing and editing music and pictures. As these images surfaced I started to edit, deep dive and live those periods of my life again. Therapeutic and realized I came back to those worlds with the understanding that I need to keep myself healthy as much as I can and stray from anything of that experience ever again.

These songs were made relating to a period of uncertainly. Things were just not going the way I wanted to and it was a point of where I wanted to shut everyone out. Reflecting on how things got worse and the act of how I solved it to this day I remain grateful that hole I dug myself out of it stays closed.
